Community Guidelines

Community Guidelines

Welcome to TheraLeaf, where our core mission is to help people through plant-based medicines. To foster a respectful, safe, inclusive and supportive community, we ask all members of our community, including employees, patients, prospective patients, suppliers and pharmacies, to follow these guidelines:

Mutual Respect

We encourage open and constructive discussions. Communication should remain polite and considerate. We do not tolerate threatening behaviour, personal attacks, or language that is abusive, offensive or misleading.

Inclusivity

Ours is an inclusive community that embraces and respects diversity. Racism, sexism, discrimination or prejudice in any form is strictly prohibited.

Anti-Bullying

We expect our community members to refrain from trolling, bullying, humiliation or intimidation of any kind.

Ethical Conduct

We must all abide by the law. Any illegal activity, including fraudulent behaviour, defamation, sharing of explicit material or falsifying information, will not be tolerated.

Compliance

The use and possession of plant-based medicine is heavily regulated in Australia. We require strict compliance from all our patients with the conditions of their approval and prescriptions.

Patients must not drive for at least 5 hours after using THC products and must never drive while impaired.

Patients should inform their employer about their treatment and provide necessary documentation while understanding the employer’s rights and drug testing protocols.

Plant-based medication must only be used as prescribed and not shared with others. Any diversion will be reported to appropriate authorities.

Community Standards

We reserve the right to remove any member from our community and platform if these guidelines are violated. Thank you for helping keep our community a positive and caring space where we can empower patients through plant medicines.

At TheraLeaf, our patients come first. We are committed to providing high-quality plant medicine treatments. By working together and following these guidelines, we can build an empowered community of caring.
